Contributing to the development of LEGO® SMART Play™ product experience, combining physical play with digital innovation to create engaging interactions (1 dedicated year)
LEGO® SMART Play™ is a connected play experience developed by the LEGO Creative Play Lab and presented at CES 2026. Over the course of a year, I worked as part of a multidisciplinary team to help shape the core play concepts, interactions, and physical-digital experiences behind the product.
My contribution focused on exploring new forms of play through rapid prototyping, hands-on building, and iterative testing. Together with designers, engineers, researchers, and kids, I helped translate early ideas into tangible experiences through workshops, prototype builds, user testing, and continuous refinement of mechanics and concepts.

The process was deeply playful and experimental. Games, invention sessions, and countless prototypes shaped the final experience. SMART Play™ is one of my most rewarding projects to date not only because of the outcome, but because of the collaborative, fun, and curiosity-driven process behind it.
This project reflects my passion for creating meaningful, joyful play experiences that blend creativity, technology, and human connection.
